Watch
Although the specifics are unclear, we need to get the launch balloon constructed, or at least assemble the materials in one place in order for testing. Be prepared that throwing boxes off the Omni might be nice for testing the parachute, but be prepared that things might break, or not work like we planned it. It is important that the hardware that is inside the styrofoam box can work properly in that condition, and should be tested and assembled long before we pump that helium into the balloon. If the electronic aspect and programming waits too long then we wont know if things work properly or not.
